Location is excellent. Views great. Rooms clean and good facilities. Modern house. I have stayed here a few times and really like it. I messaged the staff to ask for another night in the same room one morning and they helped me out with that no worries, diligently and professionally. Close to beach and walks and shops.

A bit difficult to find but once there fabulous views. Good budget location. Kitchen could have been better equipped as we were too tired to go out for food but had to make the effort.

The room was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, with shops conveniently nearby. The owner was very responsive and friendly, making the stay even better. We initially booked just one night but ended up staying for nine, which says a lot! Despite the low reviews, we were pleasantly surprised, it felt like a home with all its facilities. I’ve spent much more on places that didn’t offer the same comfort, and even campgrounds can cost the same or more.

I booked here purely for a chance to see the Southern Lights (never guaranteed but i was fortunate to see them). This property has perfect southern views with minimal light pollution. It has beach access. South Arm itself is a quiet area with only a couple of facilities and it was perfect for a relaxing long weekend.
