I am extremely disappointed with the condition of this homestay. The place was completely unhygienic and unfit for anyone to stay in. There was no toilet paper, and the toilet itself was filthy. The kitchen sink was unusable as it was full of dirty dishes, and the stove was covered in dirty pots.
The sofas were piled with various items, making the living area feel cluttered and unwelcoming. The room had a horrible, foul smell, as if something had died in there. I have a video that shows the true state of this house, and it’s shocking.
To make things worse, they provided a mattress that didn’t even fit in the room properly. But the most pathetic issue was that there was no water or toilet paper in the already filthy toilet.
I strongly believe Booking.com should investigate this horrible house and prevent others from making the mistake of renting this place. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had, and it reflects poorly on the platform for allowing such a property to be listed.
This review addresses all the key issues and urges Booking.com to take action.
