Spacious and comfortable room in a beautiful position at Springbrook. The Twin Falls circuit is right outside the door, so no need to drive anywhere. The continental breakfast had great choices and was filling and wholesome, and the Rosella's team was very helpful and communicative.

We had such an amazing time in spring Brook and it was largely because of how amazing this rental was. It rained pretty heavily while we were there and we ended up staying in more then we had planned. The space was so nice, the area so gorgeous it made staying in a treat! I can not say enough nice things about this place!

Disappointing Stay with Unmet Expectations
I recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, it did not meet the expectations set by the listing.
Upon arrival, we found cobwebs and spiders throughout the space, making it feel unclean and uninviting. The sleeping arrangements were misleading; one of the advertised beds was actually a sofa, and the air bed provided was inadequate—my child kept slipping down during the night due to insufficient air.
The property was advertised as having air conditioning, but what we found was just a dusty evaporative air cooler. With hot and sweaty weather, we hardly got any sleep.
One of the biggest disappointments was that the listing claimed to have a kitchen, but it had no stove. As a family of eight, we were forced to buy meals from outside, which nearly doubled our expenses during the stay.
Additionally, the bathroom was accessed through the garage, which felt uncomfortable as we had to walk through a shared space with other guests.
The laundry facilities were located upstairs on the owner’s floor, and when we returned after being out, we needed to do laundry right away. However, the owner scolded my kids, saying there was "no laundry this time," which was very frustrating.
The owner was overly fussy and frequently texted us about minor issues, including complaints about noise when closing the bathroom door—even at 2 AM. I also found it inappropriate that the owner kept asking for additional money for my 2-year-old child, which I have never encountered during my stays in Australia. Overall, I paid $2,500 for this stay, which I feel was not worth it at all.
In summary, I was very disappointed with my stay and cannot recommend this property based on my experience.

A homestay with a room in a home. Very homely and cozy. AMAZING location, close to Robina and cafes and meals etc. Maximum 30 mins from movie world etc. The homeowner is very lovely and helpful, and she has decked the house out to make check in easy (digital code to enter front door, no key needed).
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Lovely host. Was extremely helpful. The room was lovely and clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of little extras in the room. Very thoughtful. Great location opposite the lookout with nice walks nearby and picnic areas. Would recommend.
Great location and set up. Very tranquil and amongst the trees. Bath was a welcome bonus at the end of a cold day hiking. Very cosy and welcoming inside. Anastasia was a great host - Present but not overbearing and she makes the best scones and coffee on the mountain
Amazing location right on the creek, adjoining the national park, and unique style of accommodation. The yurt was beautiful and super cosy at night with the wood fire. Ebony was a great host and an excellent cook - breakfast and dinners highly recommended and very reasonably priced for restaurant quality.
