LaVida Exclusive Guest House, Free Parking (Rm#2) is located in London, just 2.3 miles from Western University of Ontario and 2.8 miles from The Grand Theatre.

Parking was bit of an issue. Had to move our vehicles around at 10pm at night. One bathroom for 3 bedrooms might work ok as long as the first person in the bathroom at 0800 doesn’t take a 30 min bath at that time. As one of the guest did when we were staying.

I have stayed here I think 4 times now. It’s my to place to stay when I’m in London visiting family and friends. It’s always very clean. Comfy beds. Plus a full size kitchen is a plus. Yes you might be sharing it with others but it hasn’t effted me at all. All rooms have lock code locks. Superstore is a 2 min uber if you need groceries. Or a 3 min walk down to Oxford street to take the bus downtown or anywhere.

It was clean and relaxing. Property management was excellent with communication and helping discuss any concerns or answer any questions I had. I'd stay again for sure !
