My wife and me booked shorthand and spontaneously and everything went smooth. Fast electronic check-in via form and code. Clean and dark room. Only the light from the control panel in the room was bright, but we put the stool in front of it. No shower gel or shampoo, so we used the hand wash. The bed was somewhat comfortable, but it had a small pit in the middle.

Incredible breakfast with personal touch. The room was spacious and clean with a lovely view unto the lake. The restaurant Ristorante Battello di Marco Silvestro was excellent. Highly recommended. Perfect stay on route along the Trans Swiss National hiking trail.

We stayed here for a night as a stopover. Place was spotless clean which is one of the things we most care about. Despite the shared bathroom everything was really nice, clean and organised. Stefania is a great host! She made us feel very welcome, offered free water, tee, coffee, as well as some pastry for breakfast. She also allowed us to park beyond check-out time, as we wanted to roam around Lugano with our bikes a bit longer. Thanks a lot for that!
