The casita we stayed at has a good storage space. We were two people and we had more than enough place to put our luggage and things. However, in the bedroom there are not enough hangers. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the room has a cute decoration. The room has an air conditioning and also a fan, so you choose which one to use. The casita has a small but functional kitchen with good quality pots, just make sure to bring your own spices (salt, pepper, oil, etc.), as there are none. Be aware that the property does not offer dinning options, that is why every casita has its kitchen.
The terraza is a great place to chill out and it includes the dinning and living areas: a wooden dinning benches, armchairs, and a hammock. Each casita has the parking spot right next to it, just be aware that it is not covered. The property includes a nice small swimming pool perfect for relaxing.
The property is located on a hill right next to the main road, and 1.5 kilometers from Montezuma downtown. You can hear the cars, but also congos and many birds. If you are lucky, you can also see the guatusas around the gardens or right in front of your casita.
Casa Susen, a property with a garden, is situated in Montezuma, a few steps from Montezuma Beach, less than 1 km from Montezuma Waterfal, as well as 29 km from Tortuga Island.

We had a very nice stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were more comfortable than we expected and the location of the hostel is great (less than 5 min to the beach!!). We are nomad workers and the WiFi was very reliable and quick!

The hostel is very central in Paquera.
It has all the facilities needed for a short stay and it was very clean.
The best thing was the service!! Roman is amazing, extremely kind and helpful!! He helped me booking a taxi from Paquera Port to the hotel! I arrived late and he waited kindly and checked that I was fine during my travel. I felt very well taken care of!
I would definitely recommend this hostel and Roman to everyone!

Nella is a wonderful person. She helped us with washing and even gave as a mango for next day. It was a really nice to stay at Casa de Cachi.
Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
The location is great right in town, a short walk to bars and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The two tiered pool with jacuzzi was nice to have. Gabriel was a lovely host and made our stay very pleasant. I would certainly stay here again.
I had a roomy and comfortable Casita in a location that made me feel like I was in the middle of the jungle. A couple of times Howler monkeys swung thru the trees and there were always birds outside my windows. Ileana and Gerardo a great hosts and their restaurant across the road is one of the best in Montezuma.
Lovely hostel, gorgeous pool and nice facilities! Location was a little walk up quite a steep hill from the main town, as we got the passenger boat we had our stuff to carry, but it wasn't too bad.
Gabriel and his colleagues were very capable and good hosts. The hotel is located next to the beach and the city center. Rooms were very clean and included a hot shower! We arrived before check-in time and we could just wait and chill at the pool until the room was ready. If you’re visiting Montezuma, I would highly recommend staying in this place!
This house is absolutely amazing! So much space, hammock outside, beautiful views! Kitchen is fully equipped, even a smoothie maker!
The location is great, up on the hill, but you can walk or hitchhike up or down, the locals are so friendly.
We saw so much wildlife around the house, including toucans on our window seal!
Exequiel was a super star host, helped us so much during our stay.
I really cannot recommend this place enough, I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back, 100%!
