The staff was very kind and friendly. Everything was clean, easily but nicely and practicaly equiped. Good place wirh parking, 20 minutes walking distance to the city centre, close to the nature, nice villas quarter and great mexican restaurant across the street. We will definitely stay here again next time.

Very clean apartment and building. Beds were very comfy, and all the family were very surprised at how nice it was considering Usti Nad Labem is not the most glamorous town.
