Our host was incredibly accommodating and obviously takes great pride in caring for her guests. She met us at check-in, walked us through everything, and coordinated breakfast. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us after visiting Burg Eltz that afternoon, before making our way down the river back home. Parking is on site. There are walking paths behind the house.
She gave us excellent recommendations for dinner. The downstairs is accessible for an open tab on wine and beverages after hours as well as access to the terrace with a view of the river. She served us, sat and chatted with guests during breakfast, and was just lovely in general. She also made our children hot chocolate in the morning, which she joked was the best in Germany- but my kids actually said it was the best they'd had! A lovely B&B situated off the main road, but welll located near town and walkable to attractions. Very good breakfast in a nice room with beautiful views of the hills, castle, and gardens. Small fridge in the room was a nice surprise. Unusual bathroom situation, with pieces spread all around the room. Sink located near the door at the end of the bed, shower was next to the bed, separated only by a half curtain. The toilet was in a room with a door. It worked for a one night stay. The room was spacious and clean. Parking was a plus in this area! Host was quite serious.

Like: the location (very close to the cochem castle), the delicious and generous breakfast, friendly hosts, clean and spacioys room, and nice views. I checked in after 17:30 but it all worked out.
Need improvement: wifi was not always stable.

Everything in the room was squeaky clean and new. Nice view from the windows. Breakfast was sumptuous, even though it was served in a nearby hotel, short walking distance from the B&B.
