It was very clean and comfortable. One could stay there even without any help from the employees - except for breakfast- also had a small wellness place. Especially bathroom was clean and tidy. They have thought about every detail. Employees are very friendly and helpful, safe to say very competent.

Much closer to the train station then expected! Staff was so helpful to upgrade our room, provide an earlier check-in than expected, AND store our baggage. The restaurant was delicious and very agreeably priced. Stayed with my brother and sister for the Taylor Swift concert at Veltins arena- perfect 30 minutes to venue.
