Loved the decor in this cozy historical guest house! Check in was very easy and the man was very gracious and friendly. Rooms appear to have recently been updated and the bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed an excellent supper and breakfast and the service was also outstanding.

This place is not a luxury establishment, but rather a relaxing spot. The hotel is centrally located, with a restaurant adjacent to it. After a day of cycling, having dinner at the restaurant and enjoying a beer on the terrace in good weather was perfect. For a one-night stay, it was ideal. I had a single room that was small and simple. I could sleep with the window open because the area was quiet. The best aspect of this hotel was the friendly and helpful staff. They assisted me in finding a safe place for my bike.

We wanted just such a small hotel to explore from. The restaurant was good and very popular with locals and we enjoyed the feeling of being in the “real” Germany. The room we had was completely updated, very clean and included a kitchen which came in very handy on the restaurant’s rest day. The hosts work very hard. Our evening strolls took us to the Danube.
