It was very clean and tidy, all the things we needed were there. Very close to Gibraltar and easy to park the car on the street by the house. Basic breakfast served before hiking.

1. Excellent location, close to bus station and borders ....about 5 minutes walk. 2. The instructions were sent by the owner are great helpful. 3. For 1-2 nights short stay is ok, allow to use bathroom and own room only. 4. Facility is clean and quiet at night. Owners' cats and dog are around but quiet. I just closed the room door all the time. 5. Constantly hot water.

We loved being right on the beach! Everything was so clean, it was fairly simple but the staff was very helpful and friendly, it was all that we needed and wanted and we would 10/10 stay there again. Hope to be back!

1. Great location. We went on a golf trip and the house is very close to Real Club Valderrama and Sotogrande. Close to the Port/Marina where they have amazing restaurants. Very safe location since the house is in a gated community. 2. Property itself. We had a beautiful view of the backyard where there are mature trees, a pool, with the sounds of birds chirping in the morning. 3. Host. Jess was very accommodating and helpful, communicated well, reached out to us as soon as we booked his place.
