The communication between the center of Madrid is much better than i supposed. You can use commuter train, and do not need to use Bolt/Uber nor taxi. Taxi from the airport is 30 EUR in regular time.
The whole place is very clean and nice looking. The town is "tranquilo", not as Madrid.
