Lovely cottage in a leafy and quiet side street, within walking distance to the train station. The bedroom was spacious, well heated, clean and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was modern and well designed. The code access was easy and the owners gave clear instructions

We only had one issue, the property was difficult to locate, as it's in a very large building. However, once settled in, we were very happy. A very quiet, comfortable room in an ideal location.

We recently spent the weekend at the Twin Oaks whilst visiting family in neighbouring Totton and found the location perfect. Helen was a super host and the rooms were so clean and cosy. We booked the whole house so we could come and go as we pleased which worked for us perfectly. Helen organised a mini bus into Southampton with minutes when we failed miserably to book an Uber 👍. Breakfast was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. Thank you so much.....the Wellmans 😊

Tony and Kate were excellent hosts with nothing too much trouble. Excellent, filling breakfast and a lovely snug 'sea lounge' with views over the bay where one could chillax after a day's sightseeing. Will definitely return if in the area! 5*****
