A great experience, the hosts graeme and dan were helpful from the minute we walked in . Room was spotlessly clean and everything provided for your needs , couldn't fault the place in any way , well worth a second visit which we hope to do in July Location was great with a 10 minute walk to the centre .

Great welcome, lovely house, Clive made time to chat/inform us of local info etc. On site parking which is not so common in this close-to central Oban location. Free WiFi, tea and coffee in the bedroom, two flannels - one for 'make up' and other thoughtful bathroom incidentals. Ample handy power points ... Nice breakfast choices including lovely fruit salad, attentive owners/table service and the most helpful, friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay here so thank you very much. Oh, and short, pistachio and hazelnut shortbread - homemade - on the breakfast buffet. Happy customers!

We stayed at Burnside again ans everything from the room to the bed it was perfect! The room is nice and cozy and perfect when you travel together! The bed is so comfy, we had the best night sleep since a long time! Ready to continue the roadtrip! All the little touches make it so great, from crisps and oats for the morning and water and milk in the fridge. Also private parking on the property! The host was lovely as well! We will definitely come back here!

Very quirky place. Super clean with lots of lovely touches - the owner had thought hard about what a guest would want. Pre-prepared breakfast a nice idea. Good location close to port and train station.
