Just 5 minutes’ walk from Grantham’s town centre, this charming Grade II listed Georgian townhouse free WiFi in all rooms and ample free parking on site.

Lovely single room, the bed was really comfortable with great pillows. The ironing board and iron was a great unexpected extra and tea and coffee in the room a nice touch.

Set in South Witham and only 45 km from Belgrave Road, The Barn offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking.

I received a warm welcome when I arrived and had parking reserved for me on the drive. The hosts has thought of everything I might need for my stay including fresh milk and things for breakfast. The space was clean and well-presented. It was the perfect base from which I could visit friends who live locally and I’ll definitely be back again.

Great twin room, parking directly outside. Good friendly welcome and great pub adjacent to room. Weren't serving food night we stayed but had a great meal at another pub the Nags Head at Saltby, a short and beautiful drive away. Recommended. Will stay again when in the area.

My step dad and I travelled up to the area as I had a competition with my horse at Arena UK. Emma and Rob were great hosts from start to finish….very accommodating and left us a little welcome hamper. The coop is perfect and set in such a beautiful quiet location. We also had breakfast from that had been sourced locally which was superb….the fresh farm eggs especially! Cannot recommend this place enough…we will definitely be back and probably will bring the dog next time. We saw deer and hares along the drive too….beautiful! :)
