Hosts were welcoming and friendly. A midnight check-in time allowed us to catch the IOM ferry to Heysham, arriving at 11.30pm. Our room and bathroom were beautifully decorated, warm, clean, and tidy. It was very quiet at night too - no traffic or street noise. We couldn't fault the place, and will definitely book again in the future.

The host was excellent, very friendly, and welcoming.. great location for the seafront and getting fuel before boarding the ferry to IOM with terminal only 8 minutes drive away.

There was only a third of a toilet roll in the bathroom and no bag in the bin, which is a bit grim for the cleaner as much as anything. Perfect location but severe smell of drains on entering the property. Couldn’t smell it on the top floor though. It was very clean and met our needs perfectly.
