Location was fab, just a short walk into Ashby and good road links for visiting attractions. Simon is a brilliant host, always smiling and helpful. Breakfast (cooked by Simon) was great, cooked to perfection. Very clean room, great shower, always plenty of hot water.

    Anne-mari was a lovely host, super friendly and welcoming, lovely quiet area with plenty of off street parking. The breakfast was amazing, would definitely stay again if in the area.
