Location is amazing if you need to go to Heathrow! The room was lovely, and the welcome from the three gorgeous cats was the perfect soother after my long drive. My hosts were out when I arrived, but they made it super-easy for me to gain access to their house, and trusted me to just get on with it. And when I met them, they were lovely - so all round it's a great place to stay, especially if you're travelling alone.

• Friendly staff, but English was sometimes a problem
• Complimentary bottles of water were offered upon arrival
• Received a package for me that I needed delivered to the hotel
• 10 minute walk to the centre of town
• Shower water pressure and hot water temperature were very good
• Indian Restaurant GHANDI in the hotel but I didn’t try it.

When I got there it wasent what I expected I thort I was booking a unit not a live in house with everyone. no locks on door so felt like I couldn't go anywhere .dog roaming around didn't feel right as flee shampoo at side of a shared bath it wasent for us so we had to leave and pay for another hotel tried to ask for our money back sevel times give us 4 dates to get money back not had a penny back as stated very disappointed with the booking 😢 and sora for not sticking to our agreement would not recommend 😕

The whole area of the stay was beautiful, the hosts were lovely and we did not realise until we was there that breakfast was included! Great area, secure with gates that you can let yourself in and out of with a key. Breakfast was amazing, room was perfect.

On my arrival the hostess was welcoming and made me my preferred drink,a coffee, as I expressed it had been a long day at work. I travelled for work and left before breakfast.
My en-suite room was very clean and comfortable. All amenities within the room were standard.
