Would not recommend staying here. Dirty, smelly and one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. We booked two apartment rooms to accommodate our group. One of the rooms were great but the second was dirty, smelly, with disgusting stains on the bed frame and multiple places on the carpet. It was awful. When we asked for a room change or some type of accommodation as it was late, they said the co-host was unresponsive and there was nothing they could do. We had to stay the night. When I asked for a refund for that room, given our bad experience, the agent said they couldn’t. They said that they knew there were stains in the carpet from a week prior and tried to clean them out but unfortunately they could not get them out which was super alarming to me and just disgusting. How could they let out a room like that. If we had known that was the state of the room, we would’ve booked elsewhere. Would not recommend to anyone.

I had a lovely stay at Maggi's Home from Home. Nestled in a peaceful setting in Sheffield, the house is warm and inviting.
Maggi and Sam were very welcoming and helpful.
The breakfast was brilliant. Room nice and clean and comfortable, with everything you need.

The cleanliness of the room, kitchen and the surrounding area was excellent. The kitchen has everything you need in a house: tea, coffee, sugar, and milk, to mention a few.

The proprietor Ray, the accommodation and the Breakfast were all really lovely. Pristine clean and fresh. Just the job. Would have been a TEN - exceptional if the electric shower was a bit more powerful but that's just MY personal preference.
