Happy Rooms is located in Walsall, 17 km from Museum of the Jewellery Quarter, 18 km from Arena Birmingham, as well as 19 km from The ICC-Birmingham.

Location was good & host communicated well. The downside was that the place was so cold but heating eventually picked up. The room was tiny & not very clean. Bedding wasn’t clean and no towels but host gave me towels when i asked. Bathroom was VERY CLEAN though, the only problem was that the shower was barely warm and cold for winter.

Situated just 16 km from Arena Birmingham, Room in new flat features accommodation in Walsall with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as a shared kitchen.

Good value for money. Clean and comfortable. I felt a bit apprehensive getting to the property because the getting in process was unclear. Very steep stairs. Not suitable for a young family or the elderly. Never met anyone apart from a guy in the next room. Bathroom facilities are shared. Very clean. Only given the lowish marking because it was a bit awkward. It was ok but I think some people wouldn't like it

Boasting a terrace, shared lounge, bar and free WiFi, Xtasia Adult Hotel - Adults Only is situated in West Bromwich, 1.6 km from Junction 1 M5. Rooms have a patio.

The only things I did not like, were sharing the bathroom and the fact there was no bedside lamp. This meant you had to keep turning on the main light to get dressed if you needed the toilet. Other than that, it was lovely.

The staff are always welcoming, the rooms are warm & comfortable, in the old building are all different with wood paneling & stone. The pub has a decent range of food and ales, no music blaring so if conversation is your thing this is the place to stay, the locals are friendly too. See you again soon.

What a fantastic place! Beautiful grounds. Everything spotless. Staff lovely and friendly and helpful. Room, facilities all wonderful. The fact this is run by a family and not a chain really shows. I used the pool and spa which was amazing! I got chatting to some locals who went regularly and said how great the staff were and the whole place. Food was really nice and vegans catered for - thank you 🥰

All the people we met at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, including the young lady on reception, the lady who cooked one of the best cooked breakfasts I have had in a long time, and the bar staff and locals in the pub downstairs. The staff are the USP of Lyndon House

Generous, freshly-cooked full English breakfast. Lively bar obviously frequented by locals with reasonable 'pub' prices.
