The room was okay and renovated, beds and pillows were okay, good sized balcony, bathroom was clean and okay in size, the hotel was overall in good condition. There is a supermarket in the hotel downstairs if you need anything it is available.

We stayed at a few different places in Kavos and this was our favorite. Excellent room quality similar to Hilton or Marriott, very modern. The location really can’t be beat and the staff are very nice and helpful. The attached restaurant, Big Max, is awesome and we ate there quite a few times during our 1 week in Kavos. Definitely stay at Big Max Guesthouse while you’re in Kavos if it’s available. You won’t be disappointed.

Everything was perfect! As soon as you step out onto the balcony, you can enjoy the sea view. The house is surrounded by endless greenery at the foot of a wooded hill.
