Loved the pool, and shadey quiet garden. Loved the balcony looking over the pond. Loved the room and spacious ensuite. Loved the food. Loved the friendly yet discreet staff. Loved the reasonable price. 5-minute walk from the sea and a 'shack by the beach'-type eatery looking out over the black pebble-beached bay. A great stopover on the way to Amed.

Very beautiful and large property, well maintained by the local staff. Beautiful swimming pool; excellent and very complete breakfast, including a delicious orange juice; very friendly and attentive local staff. Located on the slopes of the Lampuyang mountain, in a still authentic environment, to be explored on a scooter, although orientation is a big problem due to total absence of signposts.

    Had a great stay here. Really lovely couple of nights away from the more hectic parts of Bali. Diana is a great host who built the Homestay himself. It's full of character and in a peaceful location about a 15minute walk to virgin beach. It would be useful to have your own transport to see other sights but Diana was kind enough to drive me around to many beautiful places in the area.

    The room was super comfortable for what I needed, the homestay itself was so lovely and colourful and super homely. The hosts were lovely too, so accommodating and so much fun to talk to. Peran was a beautiful & fun soul and Diana was very giving if we wanted to go somewhere & explore locally. They were lovely

    - Andre, probably the most peculiar host we’ve ever met. It was great spending time with him and being his guests. - The house is simply gorgeous, as are the garden and the pool. A great place to relax. It is located just next to the ocean and you can chill in the garden while listening to the waves sound. - staying in a one-room only home stay is something peculiar. It was a tremendous experience.

    Pondok Diana is a lovely homestay, clearly built with love. The owner Diana is friendly and has lots of great recommendations for things to see and do in the local area. He also has a wealth of knowledge about local Balinese culture if you're interested in leaning more about the beliefs and history of the island. The homestay itself is very comfortable and located very close to virgin beach. Ask Diana for tips on where to catch sunset.

    It was an awesome Homestay! Especially Diana and his family makes it even better, you'll get dinner if you want. When you are there you are a part of the family (talking, drinking together, getting knowledge of the balinese culture and living). Best place in the area!

    It is amazing to be the only guest (since there is only one guest house for rent), that gives room for a lot of relaxation and tranquility. André is a great host who apparently honed his cooking skills over a long time and who is a very interesting conversational partner. I had a great time there, can give an unreserved recommendation!

    Lovely little homestay overlooking ricefields. Quiet. Just a short walk to nice Virgin Beach which is not at all crowded. Diana and his family very accommodating and share stories of their culture.
