Absolutely stay here, it was a highlight of our trip! We stayed for almost a week and had such a nice time. The room is comfortable, breakfast is wonderful, the shared bathroom is no problem as only shared with one other room. We rented a moto and had fun seeing the places recommended. Shower was hot. But the star is your host - extremely helpful and caring. He even got my partner a birthday cake for his birthday, and picked us up from the bus station! He is a guide and loves to share his knowledge

We received a nice coffee every morning and were taken good care of. He even gave me a yoga mat and helped me rent a scooter in great condition.
It was such a great place ended up staying more than a week..

Great location, great breakfast. The host are very kind and helpful. We arrived very early in the morning with the night bus and the host took us in. We also rented motorbikes for two days which is very helpful

Rianas was great. Daud is a wonderful guide. He knows the area so well and we felt that every place he took us to was so authentic. The funeral we attended was mind blowing. Such a special time. The home stay was great. Very clean, Macy (Daud’s) daughter is so lovely. She made us tea any time we asked. And everything she did was with the biggest smile!!! We had a lovely stay. Yohan is an excellent host and guide. Speaks English very well. He took care of everything during our stay: motorbike rental, guide services, onward transport.
Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
the owner Manaek is super nice and helpful! the homestay is in walking distance from the bus I arrived from Makassar. Manaek helped me to get motobike rental straight away. highly recommend!
