The owner is very open to help where he can and to make your stay even better. You can even rent a scooter from him if that is how you want to get to the nearby market, shops or eating spots.

Situated in Tejakula, less than 1 km from Dinar Beach and 47 km from Tegallalang Rice Terrace, Gede's Homestay offers a garden and air conditioning.

It was one of my best stays in Bali and a great value for your money. I wanted some peace, quiet and comfort after traveling non-stop and Gede's place was exactly that. Carefree, yoga near the water, massage sessions and being lazy reading a book. Gede is super accommodating and was getting out of his way to take care of my needs. I needed tiger balm and he went to the pharmacy and got it for me, I wanted to do yoga, he had a yoga mat; I loved that there was drinking water and I didnt have to leave a bunch of extra plastic behind; he even used bamboo straws with the welcome drink. The place is quite private, overlooking lush garden and has an AC.

We loved Les Cantik! We stayed in a nee bamboo cottage. The best thing about this stay was the warmth of the family, they welcomed us as part of their family. We sang karaoke together, had dinner together and even went to the temple for ceremony with Made and Ketut - they provided the traditional clothes for us. Made also teaches balinese massage, so we learned a bit from her. The beach is 5 min distance walk. We also got to immerse ourselves more in the local culture because of Nyoman, a friend of the family, who shared a lot with us and even took us to a lovely arts Sunday market. We really enjoyed going to Les Waterfall, the waterfall is really beautiful and calm, and it’s a nice walk. Matur Suksma Ketut and Made! You made out stay wonderful. Hugs, Ana and Arthur

Located in the village of Penuktukan on Bali's North Coast, ALOKA BAHARI Villas offers stunning beachfront accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi access in all areas.

This is luxury. A picture-perfect resort on the ocean. Our meals were spent on the edge of the water with only the sounds of the ocean. The resort only hosts a few guests and no children. Our villa was spacious, stylish and the private pool was a bonus. Everything was immaculately clean, the shower was hot, and the two aircons in our room worked well. Led by Wayan, the staff were so sweet. Keep in mind it is about 3.5-4 hours from Denpesar. We would recommend you arrange a driver beforehand, it'll make everything much easier. With that you get a beautiful cross-country drive and when you arrive, you'll be in a peaceful, secluded paradise.

    The stuff was very kind and also borrowed motorcycle too. The location was so close to the beach. Facilities were clean and bed comfortable. Also great to have own water and fridge. Very handy. Breakfast was awesome. We were also offered local fish to eat with locals. Was beautiful.

    Very good place to spend a night if you are passing by this area. The house is very clean and new, with comfortable bed and AC. We had a good night rest at the Homestay and left in the morning with good breakfast. The hosts are warmhearted and super kind. The food is exceptional, don’t forget to try the grilled fish package, very cheap and tasty. Even too much for 2 people.

    Me and my husband loved staying around the locals, the fishermen and their families were lovely, the staff at this hotel are superb, everyone was always so Helpful and kind. We also loved the sea views in our room and at the restaurant. The food was tasty but breakfast should’ve been a little bigger in portion.

    The perfect getaway: the hut is lovely, there is a kitchen if you want to try some indonesian cooking yourself, the pool is refreshing and the lush green helps you hide away from the hot sun. Next to that, Ketut is a great host who will help you out with everything you need. He showed us the market and helped us make a fire so that we could grill our fish.
