Boasting a restaurant, Jacksons Restaurant and Guesthouse is located in the town centre of Roscommon. There is free WiFi access available and free on-site parking.

The room was newly decorated. It had a lovely soft carpet. The furniture, the bed, desk, drawers were very tastefully presented. The bathroom was clean with ample towels supplied. The shower was new and powerful, although a little snog. The management and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was reasonably priced. The location was perfect. The only fault was the music from the street that could be heard from my room. I did not hear the music after midnight.

    The staff are the absolute stand out at this place. The townsfolk generally were all exceptionally welcoming but we found the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The food (breakfast and dinner) was varied and suited all tastes and was really good value given the current economic climate. The rooms are a bit dated but even that made them more homely, the place was very clean and tidy and rooms were serviced daily. The restaurant was often very busy and frequented by locals which is always a good sign.

    Great location in the heart of town and a good base for touring around. Right next door to the tourist office. Free street parking out front and a hotel car park at the rear should cover you. Great restaurant in the hotel obviously popular with locals

    Nice rooms plenty of space, comfortable beds, staff really friendly and helpful. Have been coming to Hannon's last few years with family and relations. Recommend and reasonable price. Food is really good and always busy in afternoons for food with locals and travellers passing by.
