So glad we decided to stay here and bused into Pushkar instead (local bus or tuk-tuk very easy). Ajmer is often missed by Western visitors, which is a shame. Extra big rooms and bathrooms, lots of hot water. We had a private dinner on our 2nd night. A very special treat indeed. Many thanks to Sanjay for all his help. Sanjay is the best host - very polite and considerate, entertaining and informative. The home stay is beautiful, quiet and relaxed. The homestay is an oasis with a beautiful garden. The rooms are impeccable. Not only clean, but decorated with thoughtful nuances. And practical.
