Genuine staff - very helpful with slightly tricky access on first arrival. ( Easy once done first time. )
Few steps up to room but that was fully explained before we even arrived.
Great clean room & shower room with huge fab. roof terrace to wash/hang cloths.. Also relax in the sun morn, day or evening not overlooked.

In common with other reviewers we really enjoyed our stay here. We felt this property, located in a Wayanad tea estate, was set in a beautiful location but close to other facilities
We were very appreciative of the way the accommodation manager (Mr JP) and his staff looked after us throughout our stay. Along with the excellent communication from the owner Mr Jamshed especially given he was away whilst we were there. The breakfasts on the veranda outside our room were a real highlight. The nearby Wilton Restaurant ( 3 minutes walk) where we had dinner in the evening was also very good.

Mr Rajkumar is an excellent host, very helpful, with excellent communications. He took extra pains to make sure the stay was comfortable. It helps that he is great person to have a chat with, cant wait to hear stories of his adventures from all over the world. The flat is very close to Mavoor Road, in central Calicut.
