I felt very comfortable travelling/ staying alone here and would recommend to anyone. Alstid went above and beyond to make my stay as perfect as could be. Definitely worth going to. The area is lovely and In just a couple days locals recognised me and always stopped for a chat. Basically cloaks the ocean in a golden orange afterglow = absolute magic! (From what little we could garner), La Rocha is basically part of a small community (of family owned businesses) who look out for each other, so it's not only safe but there's a strong sense of pride & ownership among the locals.
