It's a beautiful homestay near the bank of a vast backwater stream. Surrounded by a lot of greenery.. mangroves and mango orchards. I had a balcony room with a great view. The room was very spacious and clean with all amenities. There was AC but since I was traveling in January, I did not need it. Hot water is available for bathing in morning after 7 am. It is about 15 KM from the main city.. and is connected by public transport(bus). There is plenty of space in front yard so if you are traveling with your vehicle, you can park it there. Also Anirudh Ji , who runs the homestay is a very kind man. He helped me get around places where I could get a bus. He also cooks great meals. I had breakfast and dinner for all the days , it was sumptuous , tasty and reasonably priced. PS: You can do a lot of bird watching and see amazing sunrise from the terrace.

I had a wonderful experience at Vishwas Homestay in Ratnagiri. The hospitality was truly amazing, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The hosts were warm, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was another highlight of our stay—delicious and homely. Te quality and quantity were amazing. We felt like we are at home. The rooms were clean and the property is maintained well. Beyond the comfort and food, the support we received during our stay was incredible. Mr Gaurav Joshi was ensuring we had all the services and went above and beyond to help us. If you're looking for a peaceful and homely stay in Ratnagiri, Vishwas Homestay is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it!

It is a great property with well maintained facilities. The amenities provided are good. The garden is pretty and maintained. Accessibility is also good and there are nearby shops serving food and groceries. We had a good experience staying here. It is a quite places to relax and rejuvenate. May be adding some light topic books could help for the reading enthusiasts!

Breakfast wasn't good. Beach was good.. Isolated place, no lights were on when we returned from a function at 9.30 pm. The kettle wast clean. Cupboard was full of their stuff. There seems to be leakage and fungal growth on the ceiling. Fan was very dirty

    Excellent experience staying at Vishwas Homestay, it’s located in small village surrounding with beautiful nature, rooms are very clean and properly have many options to roam around and many things for kids to play, staff is very cooperative and friendly, and food was also delicious, Gaurav is very supportive and helpful person, it was like a home.

    I loved my stay at Gayatri Homestay. My room was clean and bright, the staff were super friendly and breakfast was lovely. Just a few minutes walk from the railway station, I couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended.

    It was extremely homely feeling while our stay here and Owner and his mother was really cooperative and understanding. Being homestay they cook delicious food for you. Property is surrounded by natural beauty and easily accessible. Surely recommend for long stay here! :-)

    Good and decent Homestay, Clean rooms.Hosts are very co-operative and polite.Do not expect 5 star service because its A small homestay with all besic aminities like.LED tv,24 hrs hot water,clean bathrooms,inverter for powerback up, Large bed, specious parking etc Break fast you have to order before 1 days you will surly love it. Homemade breakfast like ghavane chatani.poha etc. Recomended for all budget travellers.Its A couple friendly and safe homestay. Also, wifi speed is super, helped me to do my office work.

    I need a good mattress for sleeping and accordingly I book the rooms. This time I stayed at Gayatri Homestay and was surprised to see the quality of the mattress. They provide you with an orthopedic mattress which is phenomenal. They had a complimentary breakfast which was really nice. From the next trip onwards Gayatri Homestay becomes my permanent stay partner.
