Family owners were wonderfully friendly and kind. The pick up from the train station and dropping us off with our luggage on the day of departure were lovely gestures. Breakfast was beautifully cooked and there was decent variety and options. Don't go expecting a "full English" but instead a very nice continental breakfast. The grounds and pool were beautiful but we had no opportunity to sit in them as the weather was very wet during our stay.

Our stay at Villa Rosa was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect—close to major cities where we enjoyed incredible cuisine and beautiful beaches. The villa itself was cozy and well-maintained, making it a great base for our adventures. The real highlight, though, was the landlord. He was amazing—hardworking, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring we had the best experience possible. His efforts truly made our stay special, and we felt right at home. The balcony so we did not have to see the interior. It was nice that there was a kitchenette and some self-service coffee and tee. The self checkin was very easy.

We stayed there for two nights and everything was amazing - clean room, pretty modern (especially the bathroom), amazing location as just 1-2 minutes from the beach, many restaurants nearby. Free parking- very convenient. Owners of the place responded quickly to our messages, excellent communication. Coffee, tea and some complementary small snacks in the room. Also good location if you want to explore Cinque Terre as train station is just around 10 min walk and will take you to the villages.
