The rooms are newly renovated, big and clean. Fabio and Paola are great hosts, they are funny, warm and welcoming. Fabio has great recommendations for what to do in Portovenere and for day trips. They're always available if there's any issues and Fabio has a wealth of funny stories. There's a coffee machine with tea, coffee and hot chocolate capsules and complementary snacks and candy. Shower water pressure is very good, bed is comfortable and there's daily housekeeping. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket with very polite pleasant employees are just few minutes walk from the apartment. Highly recommend staying in Portovenere and Oblo as a base to explore cinque terre.

Everything about our room was absolutely exceptional! Perfect view of the harbor, wonderful patio, and probably the best location in Portovenere. Ali even set up a surprise for my fiancé and I before our arrival-the team covered the room in rose petals and gave us a lovely charcuterie board and Prosecco since we got engaged the week before. After staying in a few apartments, the daily room cleaning was also much appreciated. Thank you for everything! We will be back.

Fabulous location in a restored historic tower right on the Porto Venere promenade! Breakfast is served on a charming rooftop terrace overlooking the port. These are the selling points of this no-frills "rooms to rent" establishment (it's not a hotel with a round-the-clock reception desk). Our interactions with the staff were very positive and professional. We were met promptly at our agreed check-in time. Breakfast on the terrace is lovely, but if the weather is bad, you would have to eat in your room (there's no other indoor space besides the rooms, no common area like a lobby). Bathroom is modern. Room was clean and temperature was good. We were kindly allowed to leave our suitcases there after check-out for a few hours. Good choice for a short stay.
Real Rooms is located in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 0.7 mi from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park.

It was a perfect stay!
We love everything about this place and I wish to come back someday for more than one night.
The view is breathtaking, Antonio is a great host. The place is tidy and well equipped.
Beautiful area, Great host, very kind, very helpful. Best location ever. Amazing, if you have'nt sleep in yacht before. The owners bring us to the best best beach with motorboat for free.
Excellent location, easy 5 minutes walk from the bus stop. A lovely terrace overlooking the harbour. Clean, modern bathroom with good shower, comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facilities plus a fridge, wine glasses and corkscrew.
Marco is a good host with lots of suggestions where to eat. Friendly and with fast, efficient communication.
The family run hotel & restaurant are exceptionnal. Location is unbelievable and the room with the sea view have a wonderfull view on Porto Venere. The atmosphere is typically italian and pretty much appreciated by locals or italians.
The rooms are simple but bedding comfortable. The little plus is that you are picked up at Porto Venere with a boat and the service is free and is organised according to your wish. Great experience to arrive in boat to Locanda Lorena.
Beautiful sea view from the window and balcony. Appartement very well equipped and made with good taste. A great host - we had a nice welcome surprise and breakfast of choice plus some tips on what to visit around.
We parked at the street not so far from the apartment which is a good option for short stays - free during the night and 3eur/h during the day
