Marco, our host, has engineered an ingenious high tech B&B!
Beyond the card key door lock, there are cool motion sensor light switches, easy to deploy.
Simple but elegant room design, comfortable bed, nice bath.
The rooms are located on a terrace above the street.
That evening Marco recommended we walk up to Grottammare Alta for dinner, where we enjoyed an excellent meal at Ristorante Pizzeria Papa Sisto.
The breakfast at Valle dell’Eden, was served outside on the astroturf covered terrazza, Marco makes great coffee! We had a good selection of items for an abundant and delicious breakfast!

This was a wonderful place to stay...located in Offida Centro. Another option that I was looking to stay wasn't available and this property was suggested. A fantastic alternative! I will absolutely look to stay here again. The rooms were clean, airy and bright. The property owner met us personally and had an English-speaking colleague with him to make sure there were no concerns or questions. Overall, an excellent stay!

It was our first time visiting Offida and Famiglia Scirocco Guest House was in a great location right outside of the medieval city walls! We walked to get breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the city every day.

Excellent location in the centro and superbly maintained and decorated! We had 1 balcony and 2 other large windows that opened. Luminoso and super clean. It’s obvious the owners care!

Lovely location, very close to Ripatransone; wonderful views on the nearby hills and the distant Sibylline Mountains; delicious breakfast including home-made coffee, cakes, and marmalades; clean and comfortable rooms, with a genuine taste for the local Italian architecture; great hosts, available, friendly, and polite!
