We stayed 2 nights in April to explore the coastline after spending some days hiking in the inner Abruzzo. We really appreciated the host Gianluca for welcoming us warmly, the good suggestions for restaurants and the great breakfast. Villa Marianna is <10 minutes walking distance from a beach with a private access to it.
We got 2 good bikes and could explore further towards the Marina di Vasto. All for very competitive price.

A beautifully restored palazzo, set atop a hill, overlooking surrounding hills & farmland. The palazzo has been in the host’s family for over 1000 years. Its a fascinating & much treasured historic building, with tastefully renovated modern bathrooms and modern bed mattresses (firm), in beautifully restored antique bed frames. The host and his daughter were very welcoming and friendly (without being at all intrusive). Our dog was made welcome too! We enjoyed sitting on the terrace soaking up the beautiful view. The palazzo is a well-run bed and breakfast. A friendly local bar served us a refreshing aperitivo. The host kindly booked us dinner in a nearby restaurant. A continental breakfast with coffee was served in the dining room. We enjoyed socialising with other guests and the hosts over breakfast. The palazzo has been tastefully renovated, with a fresh, yet historic feel. The whole experience of staying there was very special. We will return again!

Very nice welcome from the host even if we arrive late. Nice location very close to the highway, we stay just for one night but was very nice, clean for continuous our adventure to the south of Italy.
