They are lovely hosts who truly care but are not intrusive. We enjoyed wonderful breakfasts with lots of healthy choices and cappuccino refills on the terrace looking at the olive trees and Spoleto. We had a bbq one night and it was delicious! Great base for exploring the area with a car. It feels so special driving down the small road to get to the property. It is so peaceful with just the sounds of bird songs. The wonderful staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, they did so much to make our stay so pleasant. Our room was perfectly clean and very modern. Great shower, big comfortable bed. Everything immaculate.
