We stayed in the apartment for two nights, and overall, it was a good experience. Tilda greeted us and showed us to our room.
The room was clean, perhaps a bit too much so (there was a strong smell of cleaning products), but that's more of a plus than a minus. We found ourselves short on drinking water and glasses, and ideally, a kettle would have been nice.
In the morning, we were served a typical Italian breakfast of croissants and pastries, Nutella, jams, juice, and savory sandwiches with cheese. This might be more of a cultural difference, but I'm used to healthier breakfasts with eggs, cheese, vegetables, and hummus, so I was hoping for something like that, or at least oatmeal or cereal with milk. However, this is just feedback for those who, like me, have a different understanding of breakfast. Tilda did make us scrambled eggs on the first morning, which improved the situation.
During our stay, we were the only guests in the hotel, which made it feel a bit eerie and less cozy; I would have preferred to have some staff around. However, my partner enjoyed the solitude.
The location is excellent for visiting tourist spots, very close to Erice and various hiking trails. We had some trouble finding places to dine, as the restaurants Tilda recommended were closed for some reason. The next day, Pino booked us a restaurant, and we had a fantastic dinner.
Compared to other apartments and hotels we stayed at on the island, the price at Tipino feels a bit high relative to the quality of accommodation.
Featuring garden views, Casa Granata offers accommodation with balcony, around 1.9 km from San Giuliano Beach. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay.

There is free parking in the same street of the apartment, you just need to pay attention and know in what side of the street (right or left) you need to park it since it changes depending on the cleaning of the street. The landlord let us know that.
She was very friendly and gave us so much information about everything we could do around Taormina, erice and San vito lo capo.
The room is spacious, clean and modern.
Featuring an open-air bath and views of garden, Baglio Anastè is a guest house situated in a historic building in Buseto Palizzolo, 22 km from Segesta.

Spacious rooms with a very photogenic environment and cleanliness throughout. The swimming pool, just a two-minute walk away on a private road, was a delightful addition. The setting was very quiet, providing a much-needed relief after the bustling crowds by the sea.

An accommodation in the historic building of the complex with a charming courtyard. However, the apartment offers everything you need. From the swimming pool there is a great view of the sea and the typical mountain scenery of San Vito Lo Capo. Sergio is a great host. He had taken time for us at the beginning and he explained everything and marked great tips on the map.
Spacious clean rooms. Air con in every bedroom and dining/kitchen area.
Upstairs terrace was a beautiful space.
The owners went out of their way to make us comfortable by allowing an earlier check in as our children weren’t feeling well. Much appreciated.
The street it is situated on Gad everything we needed. Great coffee, pizza and locals
We enjoyed our overnight stay here very much, a delightful BnB, authentic Sicilian, with a lovely hostess Franca. We were recommended an excellent restaurant down the road, Da Franca, wonderful food. Nice breakfast with dolci and Franca's home made jams and a gorgeous marmalata tart. Memorable!
Everything was great! Nice, peaceful place, we liked the terrace, garden. Such a lovely host, she informed us about places, where to go, gave us a map. And we enjoyed the breakfast.
Authentic Italien homestay experience with very peaceful surrounding and beautiful garden. friendly and helpful staff. amazing value for money. be aware you need a car to reach.
The Place is actually more beautiful than the pictures. It is a great place to stay If you want to visit Erice or Trapani. (A car is a must though) Maria is a great host! Everything was great!
Everything was just perfect - beautiful house with a lovely terrace and amazing view, lovely hosts that were more than friendly to us (we had a great time together), fresh breakfast on the terrace. This was a perfect spot to be close to Erice or Trapani, but still away from all those crowds and have a proper chill. We felt more like family members than customers and this is what makes this place special. Grazie Veronica and Michele
Rosanna is one of the great hosts - she will go above and beyond to ensure you have a sensational stay. Using this B & B as a base to explore North West Sicily has been wonderful and a beautiful, quiet place to return to after long days of activities. Room and bathrooms were immaculately clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was the best I have had in Italy - and I have done a lot of travel in Italy!
