The owner is very sympathetic and kindly offered some of his tempura! Thank you! The female dorm has an amazing view. The house is located in place with incredible view, very close to obasute station. I don’t have any car, and it was in ready to get to the service center where you can get some food!

Very quiet and secluded place with a café and rest area on the first floor. Was very clean. The Quad room is actually a quad room, and not a dormitory so I didn't have to share it with others even though i booked it for a single person.

This was my first time solo-traveling and I had an amazing stay here during my 2.5 days in Nagano! I really wish I could’ve stayed longer! The hosts were so sweet and gave me many recommendations to different restaurants and sightseeing locations nearby! The stay may be a slightly far from the bus stop, but I love that it’s a quiet and peaceful location! Great way to get away from the bustling city! They also helped me navigate the fastest way for my journey to Snow Monkey Park! The tea and breakfast was so good and she even gave me candy for my long hike up the mountains! I loved my room and the different amenities (especially the hot bath after a long day)! I definitely recommend this place for solo travelers, couples, or groups! Once I learn how to ski I will definitely be coming back to this stay!
Thank you for being so kind and welcoming! 🤍

The location was very beautiful, especially during sunrise and evening. It's very relaxing to sit outside and watch the city after a long day of travelling, working, and shopping. Would come back again!

A very interesting setup... In the front, it's a GROOVY bar/restaurant, complete with a pool table and lots of coffee table books! In the back, there's a communal kitchen/bathroom and 4 "cubbyhole" sleeping spaces to each room... My room felt a bit cramped and was without windows, but that didn't bother me at all; I was there to sleep. The sleeping space was big enough for me and the room was warm and comfortable through the night. The location is about a 15 minute walk to the station, with shops and convenience stores along the way. I felt it was a tad pricey for the sleeping space...

Lovely hosts, very friendly - spoke great English. We were in futon in a tatami room, it was cozy but we loved it. The hosts are kind of local celebrities and everyone knows them, so it was a lot of fun staying there. The hosts provided a space heater and there was a room heater as well, so we were well taken care of. The property is very clean as well.
