First night in Tokyo and we didn’t feel like going all the way into the center. Totally self sufficient check in and out. Close to a large supermarket and big common areas including all kitchen appliances, but tv, games, and more.

The house is nice, with well equipped bathroom and a good bed.

Overall im okay with it but the house was old and tired. house insulation was quite bad and we have to max the heater to get the temp up.
If you like silent neighborhoods, then this is for you otherwise as my kids called it, "creepy house".
i booked this for about RM1000 per night and i think it is too expensive for something this old and located quite far away as a typical walk + train to a major city station took about 35mins or more.
