Our hosts truly became friends by the time we left. Yasuo and his partner were so friendly and welcoming. If you don’t do anything else order your dinner and lunch from Yasuo. He’s a fantastic chef and will make you or your kids your favorite foods.

Offering air-conditioned rooms in the Arima Onsen district of Kobe, Brücke Arima KOBE is a few steps from Hosenji Temple.

This was my first dorm-style stay. I was a bit worried but when I got there, it actually turned out to be lovely. The place was very clean, including the shower and toilet area.. everyone was quiet and respectful in the sleeping area, and I was glad to be able to use the cafe to get some work done (it was late and the cafe was closed). The next morning, I enjoyed a breakfast and it was SO delicious and worth it. The thick cut toast and croissant were both fresh baked and perfect.

Very close to Shin Kobe station, and walkable to the main tourist attractions. It's a old japanese house but well maintained, bed was comfortable and there was a locker provided for valuables. Well equipped kitchen. Onigiri making at breakfast was fun and the staff was nice.

It was my first time staying in a hostel here in Japan so I was a bit nervous but the staff was very helpful, everything was clean and organised. I always worry about the loos and showers in hostels but they were very clean. The bedding was comfortable and I liked the privacy too.

Great hostel location right in China town and a walking distance from Sannomiya. Second time staying there as it’s great on a budget and for one night. Female only dorms offered so I felt safe. Clean toilets and showers. Mirror in the dorm area which is useful.

Great breakfast.& Dinner experience. A good location once you sorted out transport to and from...The hotel really needs to give good directions from the JR station-the change of trains & how to get to hotel from the local train stop..as initially its all very complicated. The staff in the restaurant were superb, & the food was good! We met some locals in a lunchtime restaurant who told us about the famous castle in a town 20 mins away by train...this was worth the experience. Amazing!

First of all the owner Sai is a great host and will help you with anything you need. She even took us to a hike in the mountains. The bar in the hostel is a great chillout place, you could also choose music if you like. Rooftop and big kitchen too. Also the location is near city center
