They don't have an elevator, and I traveled from the US carrying 29-inch luggage. The room was on the third floor, and I was worrying about carrying the luggage. The staff there was super nice, offering to carry the luggage up for me and down when I checked out. I'm really satisfied with the service they provided. The location was great; it's next to multiple famous restaurants and desserts. Close to the Sakura street and beach. Service is the best.

The check in time was supposed to be in the afternoon but they were very accommodating and let us check in at around 10. The room is one of the nicest we've had during our entire stay in Japan. Very spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Good location near the central bus station. They offer a welcome drink in their bar. Comfortable bed with enough space for your belongings. I would recommend staying in this hostel.

It was close to the beach so it works out perfectly when I wanted to see the fireworks festival. Overall, the guy helped me bring my heavy luggage up which I appreciate.
