Guest reviewThe property is located about 6 km from Battambang so you are immersed in a Cambodian community. The hosts are lovely and we enjoyed learning about their family. It was a wonderful stay that we hope to repeat again!

Sam and Annie were really nice people with great hospitality. They helped with tuktuks and our nightbus to Sihnoukville. Sam told us lot about the Cambodian live and habits. He built the houses and garden and everything himself. Two lovely dogs Ardi and Lucky watching the property. He speaks English very well, and can arrange tours with wonderful guides who also speak English. He has a free pick-up service (which we recommend, because his property is not easy to find).
