Coconut Village Guesthouse & Bungalows is truly a haven for me—a peaceful escape that feels like home. The atmosphere is incredibly quiet and serene, perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind. The owner is absolutely fantastic and genuinely accommodating. He goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest enjoys their stay, always ready to assist with anything you need.
The food is absolutely delicious—authentic, flavorful, and prepared with care. The surroundings are a visual treat, filled with vibrant flowers, lush plants, and beautifully maintained gardens that create a true tropical paradise. One of the highlights? You can pick sweet mangoes straight from the trees—for free!

Nice pool but a bit too deep for non- swimmers. The location and surrounding environment was beautiful. Lots of greenery and wasn’t too far from Beach or Crab Market. The room was a disappointment! Everything was old.. TV did not work, no amenities as mentioned on website, bathroom looks like a public hospital, Old towels and gave only 2 for a family of 6. No breakfast as well for the high price we paid. A reception staff there that doesn’t know anything. She had to call the owner every time for everything.

Super helpful staff and I loved that they let you use a bicycle for free. That was mg main mode of transportation to down and it made the distance not bad at all. Has a great little rooftop restaurant area with cool views of the surrounding mountains!

Breakfast was down the road at a good local restaurant, with a fancy one across the street if you'd like a nice view, both on a little harbor. I was hoping to see some wildlife, the photos make the 'guest house' look more jungly than it is. As I was leaving, the gracious lady showed me the open-air loft upstairs where I could hammock and watch for creatures that come from the trees to run along the banisters.

I found this to be a great location. Just close enough to town but just far enough away to not be loud.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. The area is not overly developed so is quiet and relaxing. The hotel is modern and looks to be popular with tourists and locals. It was quiet when.we stayed. A good base for exploring Kep and surroundings.
Fabulous breakfast home made granola with dates with home made yogurt and wild honey! The dog and chickens were very friendly except sometimes the cockerel wanted to chase you. Absolutely everything you could want for a home from home stay, even a needlework set. Also very eco friendly and organic, she is a genius.
Fabulous location in Kep within walking distance of everything.
Chenda was such a good host ensuring we knew where everything was and helped with local info and travel arrangements. Plus she is a fantastic cook! I had 2 completely delicious suppers for a really reasonable price.
Drinking water and tea/coffee are provided in the kitchen which is a nice touch, and the sitting area is very comfortable.
The host and her friends who rent rooms at the homestay are so friendly and helpful! They made me feel very welcome and I even went to a nice French bar/restaurant with them. It's very peaceful and relaxed here (apart from some maintenance work nearby in the morning which can't be helped by the homestay). You can rent a bicycle or scooter, or order a tuktuk online, so it's easy to get around. The shower is hot, the bed is very comfortable and the room was very big. I would stay here again
This is a great place to stay in Kep. Clean spacious bungalows in a well established garden with a swimming pool.
Good restaurant & bar on site or you can walk to the nearby restaurants at the crab market.
Fred, Nini and staff are great hosts. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed.
Lots of good advice on things to see and do & excellent tuk tuk drivers available.
Kate is a great hostess and extraordinarily interesting. she’s a great environmentalist and it shows around the property. the accommodation is quaint and good value for money, it’s great to be able to dip into the cool pool, the accommodation is near to the beach and the local attractions. we thoroughly enjoyed our restful stay here.
We stayed here during our time in kep. The bungalow was very big and spacious and the Homestay is really nice. The location is perfect for the crab market and the beach - close to everything. The owner is so lovely, she rescues a lot of animals that have disabilities like blindness and gives them a chance at a good life, genuinely so nice to see. If you’re in Kep, I really recommend you stay here because this woman is so wholesome and lovely you’ll definitely enjoy your stay here.
The host family is extremely welcoming and super helpful. The setting is peaceful and green. Meals are lovely. I had a bungalow right on the lily pond, which I loved. Everything is great but best of all is the people who run it. I will definitely be back.
