Booking.com and the particular hotel did not respect my reservation. Though i had been informed by the booking.com that my booking is confirmed, the hotel management didnt reserve any room for me, and they turned me away on my arrival at the hotel, which caused me utter difficulties to me and im vey dissatisfied over the hotel and the Booking.com.

I loved this hotel and the design and decor. I loved watching all the bridal shoots that were happening. I really loved the bridal magazines in the room, one of which featured 55TG in it! The swimming pool was my favourite feature and I liked being able to sunbathe up there

Room was spacious and cozy. Value for the money. And very reasonable price.
Room had kitchen and dining table too. Bathroom was clean.
Parking is available by the road only, but not a issue.
Roads to the villa are very narrow, drive carefully. Don't trust google maps always.

This place is beautiful. From the garden and the patio facing the lake, to the surrounding nature, to the breakfast with the chorus of birds in the morning.
The decorations and the art pieces make this place magical.
We had also dinner, and that was absolutely delicious.
The bed was super comfortable and the staff very helpful.
We will come back for sure in the future!

The property is about 50m from beach. One can enjoy the view of the Indian Ocean from the rooftop while enjoying food. There's a train track running close and is a source of entertainment. Every time a train passes, we were running to the balcony like kids.
Breakfast is not included. All meals have to be paid, which is fine. The Chef Madhu is a good cook. He customised the menu for our Indian taste.
The owner Mrs. Stephanie is very cordial, always smiling, and is a professional. She works personally and supervised most of the works.
It was our last place of stay in Sri Lanka, and we rested a lot. Made a couple of visits to the beach and the city. The city is located about 15 km. Tuk Tuks and Cars are available and we used Uber.
Situated within 7.9 km of Bambalapitiya Railway Station and 12 km of R Premadasa Stadium, Leisure Villa features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Colombo.

It's a very nice place and homely atmosphere.
Simple but best.
Villa 53 is located in Battaramulla and features a saltwater pool and pool views. There is a private entrance at the homestay for the convenience of those who stay.
