Lovely family run hotel, perfectly located in Mirissa, walking distance to the beach and many great bars and restaurants. The family prepared a great breakfast for us each day as well as being super kind and helpful to arrange transport for the day and go our next hotel. The room was clean and had good AC and a nice shower.

The stay has amazing view. Watching sunset from this property was breathtaking and it is 3 mins walk from secret beach. The property owner was very helpful. He helped us arrange passes for whale watching at a very reasonable price. The property owners brother drives tuk tuk which was an added advantage for us as he picked/dropped us from the restaurant and bars even late night. I’d totally recommend this stay.

Great service from Vasu and his family. They were so welcoming. The room itself was large and clean with a big comfortable bed. The terrace outside is great for relaxing with a complimentary cup of tea/coffee provided by Vasu.

Everything was perfect! The building and rooms are in a very good condition, the hosts are amazingly friendly, respectful and helpful. Breakfast is tasty and fresh. There is air conditioning, a fridge and mosquito nets in the rooms, also bathroom amenities and coffee/tea making amenities.
