We had a lovely final night stay here before flying the next day. Great location only about 20mins for where we needed to drop off the hire car. The pool set up is amazing. Location is really peaceful especially given how close to the airport we were - lagoon on one side and beach on the other. Breakfast was fantastic- all my Sri Lankan favourites! We had two rooms they were clean and well presented. Nice quiet air-conditioning. Size of the room fine but not as big as some places we've stayed and this was one of the more expensive places we have stayed at.

Good location and good property. Mr. Sanjeeva has made a good property in his home backyard, and the green garden and grass patch adds to the aesthetic appeal of the house. Good hosts and the family helped us with options to spend our evening in negombo. We wish we could spend more time in this property it would have been ideal for a full 2 days of stay.

This is the perfect place to stay when arriving, the family greeted us despite our midnight arrival and were very accomodating with storing our bike boxes. Breakfasts were delicious. Stayed 3 nights to acclimatise and the place is very clean and the hosts are lovely. Staying here for another 3 nights at the end of the trip.

This is a real homestay, you will be staying in a room in a family house. The owners are very freindly, I arrived late, but could check in anyway. They arranged for me a tuk tuk to the airport for real price (500 LKR) in the morning and made sure I wake up to catch my flight. The room and the house are very clean.
