We booked the acommodation based on positive reviews and pictures on the Booking app. We also liked the location on the map as the bus stations were very close and Valletta was only 20 minutes by foot. Also, the reservation included breakfast.
The host was very communicative and provided any necessitites we asked for as well as plenty of information. The breakfast was different every day and quite good. The host was always there at breakfast to offer additional food, service, basically whatever you need.
Biggest issue for us was the room looked nothing like the pictures. Also the terrace door was frequently opened by the wind, which automatically turned off the A/C, and as we were staying in April, left the room cold.

We were lucky to book a "city view" room, so we had a window overlooking the street. Some of the rooms are internal and the only natural light is from the atrium. That said the street can be noisy in the evening and morning.

For a city hotel it was lovely. The staff were so friendly and gave us so many tips. One to share as part of the review is get the ferry just down the key side to Valletta but keep your ticket so you can use the lift on the other side.

From the moment of booking confirmation to check-out the communication with the host, Serena, has been brilliant. She is proactive and communicates with you how to get to the apartment as well as any concerns or recommendations we had during our stay. The room itself is very clean and cozy with a kitchenette being a plus. Locations is perfect for us as it is like in between St. Julian and Sliema with nearby bus stops just 7-10 mins walk.
The only minor issue was just the WiFi being a bit temperamental one night while watching TV but apart from that everything from our stay was exemplary.

The hosts were very quick to respond. The place is just 6km away from the airport. Taxi can cost 10 to 15 euros. The local bus stop is just about 300 meters away. The security for the guest house was brilliant. Its a huge 3 floor BEAUTIFUL house with no lifts .

Staff was really helpful. Accomodation itself was very pleasant and nice, kind of place you can imagine you could actually live there.
East Sliema Suites has a balcony and is situated in Sliema, within just 500 metres of Qui-Si-Sana Beach and 800 metres of Fond Ghadir Beach.

The location is perfect — right in the city centre of Sliema, just a 3-minute walk from restaurants, boats, and buses. The place was spotlessly clean, the bed extremely comfortable, and the staff were kind and very helpful. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended.
