The main advantage of the appartment is perfect hosts. The room was according to price, cosy and clean, with huge bathroom. We were stuck in Mauritius because of cyclone, the hosts provided homemade dinner and breakfast though they usually don't do it, gave all the information about transport, organised taxi to the airport. Extremely helpful and cheerful people.

The location is good to visit Rochester falls (15 min on foot), Gris Gris point (40 min on foot). Supermarket in 5 min walk. 15 min by car to Grand bassin temple with monkeys!
On the territory of the house live 2 dogs and cats :) very nice

The apartment occupies the upper floor of a private house. Small parking area for one car at the front. Very friendly and chatty hosts. Large, two bedroom apartment with big rooms, nicely decorated. There is a large verandah although because this is west facing it does get very hot in the afternoon. It was exceptionally hot and humid when we were there (Feb 2025) and although the bedrooms had aircon (which worked perfectly) there were no fans elsewhere in the apartment or verandah - this would have made a big improvement to comfort in hot weather. The apartment is located across the road from a small beach. Handy location for climbing Morne Brabant mountain (about 4 km to the start of the trail).

A lovely house. Cool and airy with an exceptionally comfy bed. The housekeeper and her husband are great — friendly and helpful. Fortunately he was able to provide a taxi service but he works at the airport so you can’t rely on him being available.

I needed a place with free airport shuttle because I made my reservation for my partner who was travelling from Malaysia to South Africa and had an overnight stop in Mauritius and don’t have my credit card with her, so I specifically searched for that. This accommodation came in results offering free airport shuttle. I carefully read the description where again it says “offered g free Laskovicsne g and free airport shuttle. When I request that they replied that €16 and it’s not free. I asked how can I pay for that, but they haven’t replied at all!
I booked accommodation elsewhere where they truly have a free airport shuttle, and don’t lie in their advertising. This place is run by scammers with misleading advertisements and false information.

The host made us feel extremely comfortable and went out of their way to get us dinner. They also guided us in exploring Mauritius, and we wish to return in the future.

We spent two nights at the property with my family and had a great stay. Lena gave us a warm welcome, showed us around, and even helped with mosquito spray. Everything was perfect for a guesthouse. Room was clean n serviced daily .The guesthouse itself has very positive vibes - warm colours with lots of wooden installation.Big pool.

Breakfast was superb and plentiful. The hosts were really nice, responsive, eager to help and available 24/7. It felt like staying with locals.
