Excellent location, just off the boardwalk with its restaurants. Had an inner room on the ground floor facing the swimming pool, which was a great place to dip after a hot day. Well maintained premises, quiet in the room I was located, and pleasant service from Luz. We had a wonderful stay!

This was my first time in PV. I had a wonderful experience at this hostel. I was looking for a chill, relaxing time, and found it here! I also met some great people, and made some friends to go out to the bar with. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the location near the beach couldn't be beat! It was also an easy walk to the bars and clubs. The bed was comfortable, and the dim red lighting made it easy to sleep, but still be able to see. It was easy to sleep in after a late night since the room was dark even when the sun was shining bright outside. Everything was very clean. Lots of sinks, showers and toilets/urinals so I never had to wait to use the bathroom. They have a kitchen with a TV if you need a break from the clubs for a night. In particular, I loved the top floor patio to get fresh air or meet other guys. I've stayed in many hostels in Western Europe and Southeast Asia, and Spartacus is one of the best! I'll definitely be coming back to PV and when I do, I'll certainly stay at Spartacus again.

We have been in Mexico for 6 weeks, travelling all over the country and this was our favourite place to stay out of all of them. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. The room is so comfy and is definitely the quietest room we’ve stayed in during our time in Mexico too. An absolute steal for the price. Can’t recommend it enough!!
