The room was clean and pleasant and a good value for the price. The bougainvillea out front is pretty. It's a locals neighborhood, with cobblestone and dirt roads, and small food stands and tiendas. So it's not fancy, but I liked it. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful.

It was the best location if it's your first time visiting PV. It's one block away from Malecon and lots of restaurants and bars around. A laundry place around the corner. The owner did a fantastic job of renovating and preserving his old family house into a beautiful casa. Sabastain was very friendly and greeted us in person with an intro and very reachable via whatsup. The room was extremely clean with soundproof doors and windows. Even through it's on a busy street once the doors closed you can hear anything. I would highly recommend this place! We'll stay again next time we visit.

Very trendy and in a great location. The common area is nice and all the facilities were very clean. Check in was easy just make sure to check your email for the WhatsApp number to contact the host. This is more of an Airbnb than a hotel

Adorable, colorful room, well stocked with everything you need. Massive bed and comfortable. Staff so friendly and helpful; clear about check-in and responsive to WhatsApp messages sent. Beautiful rooftop patio with great views at night. Great location - just a block from the sea, lots of restaurants, in the hub of the tourist zone. Fun stuff around - check out the great upscale cocktail bar the Blind Tiger, just a few minutes away.

I like that it’s in it local neighborhood but close to Versalles and all the great restaurants. The place has everything you would need; washer/dryer. Indoor and outdoor kitchen. A nice outdoor grill and plenty of refrigerator space.
The owners were very friendly and great hosts.
