There are no words to describe how amazing and attentive Atocha is, always worried with the guests to make share they have the best experience, she was like a true Mexican mama! And we loved every detail of the house as well.

Tumben Kuxtal Tulum, a property with a garden, is set in Tulum, 300 metres from Tulum Bus station, 3.5 km from Bus station Tulum Ruins, as well as 5.1 km from Parque Nacional Tulum.

The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Late check-in worked well. Lots of stores and restaurants, food stalls nearby. ADO bus terminal is very close, only a few minutes by foot. Eloida, who was in charge during my stay, is such a nice and warm person, made me feel very comfortable.

The staff were so friendly and helpful 10/10. The pool and lounge area were good to hang out alone, with friends or with other guests. The food was really so very delicious and the margaritas as well! The rooms/habitaciones were quiet and well isolated, and the other guests were respectful.

Located within a few steps of South Tulum Beach and 9.2 km of Tulum Archeological Site, Chiibal provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Tulum.

Everything was perfect, constant communication on whatsapp to ask how the stay was going, they were very helpful in organizing the taxi reservation from/to the airport and always answered to all my requests of information. The room was tidied every day and was super welcoming. The public beach is amazing and just 15 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Everyone was really kind and they made me feel at home. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great, safe, quiet, clean and with a nice (community) swimming pool. Out of the city center, so you need transportation to get around. It works like a shared apartment, I was lucky to be the only guest at the time.

    Spotlessly clean, they have thought of everything one could need. Decor delightful and so many details. Lovely private garden with hammock and also lovely pool! Can’t recommend enough. Also great aircon and huge fridge and comfy bed! Also very spacious I stayed with 3 kids! Great host very accommodating polite and helpful!

    The room was just amazing, with some Maya aspects. The room is very big, even has its own kitchen and on the roof a private Swimmingpool. All amenities were there, the bed was really good and big. Also, Braulio was a great host, via WhatsApp he was there for our every need and question. The location is really quiet and still close to the centre (5 min by car)

    If you seek a nice, little hotel, with lovely hosts, awesome Italian coffee and a place to relax from busy Tulum, then this is your place. We had a great time and our host organized an amazing tour to Muyil and Sian Kaan for us. Can definitely recommend this hotel ☺️
