A person not in security guard uniform but with the security guards at the security guards reception was very rude when we showed our booking receipt to the security guards. He spoke in Hindi language which I understand, he told the 2 security guards, ask them it is not this buidling go and find out the building. I was in the correct building and in the correct lobby. I have shared the location with the owner and the owner said I am in the correct lobby. The owner very helpful and kind person. Security guards who were at the duty were very polite and helped us for the check-in. It was disgusting that an unauthorized person and not in security guards uniform spoke in front of the customer especially rudely. Because of this our family felt very uncomfortable.
